With almost 25 years of experience in facility maintenance, we quickly realized the vital importance of efficiently handling after hours service requests to ensure continuous operational success. In 2015, we established NIGHTFIXX in response to our clients' pressing need for after-hours support for their facility teams.

In contrast to typical call centers, NIGHTFIXX is staffed by professionals who have undergone rigorous training in facility service response. Our role goes beyond simply notifying our clients about issues; we actively take charge of managing the situation, as if we were the clients themselves.
